What does it mean to give glory—or “weight”—to God in everyday life? What tends to get too much weight in your life?

When are you tempted to give more weight to your fear, comfort, control, or pleasure than to God?

Jesus said, “Let us go to Judea,” knowing there was danger there. What is something difficult or costly that you know God is calling you to do?

How does knowing you are safe in Christ change the way you approach risk, opposition, or uncertainty?

Who are the wise people in your life who strengthen your faith and give you spiritual courage? Who could you invite into that role? 

Thomas essentially says, “Let’s go, even if it costs us everything.” Where do you need a little courage and costly obedience right now? 

Application

Name one thing you will do this week to glorify God that will take courage. Who you will tell about this and check in to see if you did it or come alongside you to help?
