Strong Spiritual Leadership Will: Show Up (vv.1–5)
1. Paul “could bear it no longer” being apart from the Thessalonians (v.1, v.5). Who is someone God has placed on your heart to spiritually invest in right now?
2. In your own leadership (family, ministry, friendships), where are you tempted toward frustration or indifference instead of perseverance and patience?
3. Strengthening and encouraging others is a biblical pairing (v.2). Which of those two do you find more natural, and which needs more intentionality from you?

Strong Spiritual Leadership Will: Celebrate Growth (vv.6–10)
4. When Timothy returned with the good news of the Thessalonians’ faith, Paul rejoiced (v.6–9). How can we better notice and celebrate spiritual growth in the people we lead?
