Membership
Why Membership?
The church is the body of Christ. As such, we are committed both to Christ (Romans 10:9) and to one another (Hebrews 10:24–25; Ephesians 5:18–21). Under the leadership of Jesus, our Chief Shepherd, church leaders cast vision, equip believers for ministry, and lead the faith family in providing accountability in both lifestyle (James 5:19–20) and doctrine (Acts 17:11; Hebrews 13:17). Together, as the church, we live on mission (Acts 2:42–43) and practice generosity (Acts 2:44–47).
Become A Member
-
-
Sign the membership covenant agreeing to commit to Northside’s 5-G strategy of Gather > Grow > Guide > Give > Go
-
After completing the membership covenant, speak with a Pastor and attend a Sunday morning member affirmation. This takes place on the fourth Sunday of each month during our Sunday gatherings.
As a church we believe membership means something. We desire to clarify around what we unify in as believers. It’s a two-way street—where we commit to being there for you, and you commit to being there for the church.
