John opens his Gospel “in the beginning.” Why do you think John starts where Genesis starts instead of with Jesus’ birth like Matthew and Luke?

Describe how seeing Jesus as eternal Creator shape the way you trust Him in present-day problems?

John calls Jesus “the Word.” In what ways does Jesus reveal God more clearly than rules, religious systems, or spiritual experiences ever could?

John says Jesus is both “with God” and “was God.” How does the relational nature of God (Father, Son, Spirit) influence the way we think about friendships, marriage, parenting, and church community?
