What is kidside?

Kidside is a safe and fun environment where your child will learn what the gospel is, what community looks like and how to live on mission. We want every child to learn about Jesus and how He can change their life. To teach our Bible lessons, we use Gospel Project Curriculum for kids. Gospel Project Kids is designed to cover the entire bible, systematically, in three years. If you would like more information about Gospel Project for Kids, check it out here: https://www.gospelproject.com/kids/

Our Kidside volunteers are trained and have all completed a background check. Our teachers are dedicated and passionate about sharing God's word.

RESOURCES FOR FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP

Family Discipleship Guides:

Age-Appropriate Bibles:

  • The Big Picture Story Bible (for ages 1-7) // We love that it emphasizes the Bible as one big story with Jesus at the center, and the stories are told simply enough for preschoolers to understand and remember.

  • The Jesus Storybook Bible (for ages 4+) // While other Kids’ Bibles contain stories from the Old and New Testaments, The Jesus Storybook Bible tells the Story beneath all the stories in the Bible, pointing to Jesus as our Savior. From the Old Testament through the New Testament, as the Story unfolds, children will clearly see that Jesus is at the center of God's great story of salvation—and at the center of their story too.

  • NIRV Adventure Bible for Early Readers (for ages 6+) // Both this Bible and the NIV Adventure Bible (for ages 8-14) are word for word Scripture Bibles (not a storybook or summation of the Biblical text). The book introductions and call outs throughout the text are helpful in understanding and applying what the Scripture passages are saying, and the full color images grab the kids attention without being “babyish".
